Weighted Extended Foreskin Retainer (WEFR) is based from the 5mm EFR. It comes with the WEFR, weight, corresponding threaded rod, and gripper.
No plans to make the EFR longer to allow the weight to be the primary force in action.
Weights are standard archery weights with a 1/4-20 thread that can be found at your favorite place to online shop!
